I tried to walk the tight-rope for many years and invested thousands into trying to feel stable, confident and okay. It truly was my training in Somatic Coaching, Nervous System awareness, and becoming a client myself that had the most profound impact on my life.

With 12 years experience in holistic health, it’s my calling to help ease the ruptures that complex trauma, self-criticism and inner conflict have on ADHD minds. Much like a stained glass window, the shattered pieces can become a place for the most beautiful light to shine through when put back together with gentleness and intentionality.
